Good work done on car. The communication about when my car was going to be ready should've been more efficient. And next time, it would be better if the shuttle driver was least likely to get lost before on the way to picking me up. more

Very impressed with the personable and professional attitude of service from Elise and Don. Please reward these folks! Not so impressed with the lady at the payment counter who felt it necessary to display a large tatoo on her breast to everyone. Suggest more descrete and professional dress. more
