I had Wilson Motors order a part. They ordered and installed the wrong part. When I left multiple messages for customer service, it took days to get a response. When I finally did get a response, rather than immediately refund me for the wrong part and service (which was more involved that the correct service would have been), they agreed to order and install the new part and refund me the difference afterwards. So, I'll likely pay the larger bill on my credit card, then get refunded the difference in the next billing cycle. Seems an odd way to make the customer happy. more
