I would gave it a four star, however the guys who vacuum after service are not very careful. I had a hook for my liter bag and somehow they knocked it off and probably vacuumed it up. I was a little annoyed. Had to go to Lowes and purchase a new one. The maintenance supervisor did say to bring the receipt in and they would reimburse me for it. I decided that was a waste of time and gas.
I also have a rubber mat to lay over the carpeted mat. I understand why you need to remove, but usually a paper mat in out in place. That was also not done and one these guys tracked dirty muddy shoes on my carpeted mat. Henc, the reason why I have the rubber mat over the carpeted mats.
Don't know who you folks are hiring to vacuum and wash vehicles, but at my next appt. I'm going to opt out. I need to have the interior of my car, dirtied up by your lot boys.
