prompt, accurate service 9/3/2013

However, I did have one " problem " that wasn't resolved. When I arrived I mentioned that as far as I know, the turn indicators on the mirrors do not work, and have not ever been in working order. After leaving the shop, however, I learned that this is not a regular maintenance service, so no one had checked the indicators. I've driven 30,000 miles so far without them, so I guess it doesn't matter at this stage more

My new, used car 9/2/2013

Everyone did a great job keeping an eye out for a car for me. When the perfect car did come in, the transaction was easier than expected, though it did take a long time to complete..but I love my car so I guess it was worth it more

Easy Dealing 9/1/2013

2nd New Tundra in 2 years easy to deal with and friendly. Was really happy, EXCEPT door edge had paint chips and salesman wouldn't even spring for the cost of a little bottle of touch up paint ($5). Was going to buy a Camry to and put on trailer to bring back. Wife unhappy, so got the Camry at Gresham, purchased a dozen or so new vehicles from Gresham in the past. They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint for my Tundra. Will still do business with Wilson again, try them next fall, 1st I will get price from Gresham and most likely Wilson will be the same. I will report back........ Paul Was a small glitch with the first salesman, he handed me off to another without even saying anything to me at all. Had my 21 year old daughter to experience and train on new car buying and she was mad, thought that was very rude and honestly I kind of felt the same. Like he had us hooked so see you later, but not so much as a goodbye....... :( more

A Great place to get your Car taken care of! 9/1/2013

Wilson Toyota service was one of the great experience we had. They have neat place to sit and have tea or coffe as you wait for car beeing serviced. Pleople are very friendly! more

Customer Service; quality service 9/1/2013

With the exception that two tire Toyota logos were missing from my car tires after service, all else was exceptional. However, they will replace the missing logos at no cost to me so that's appreciated and makes sense as I had nothing to do with their not being there. Thank you. more

Quick and easy! 8/22/2013

I brought my Prius in for a fairly simple service (oil change and a new cabin filter). The car was finished in 40 minutes, including a wash and vacuum! I wasn't even finished reading the paper in the waiting room! more

Initally, I made an appointment to have a service through Wilson per the receptionist's recommendation. However, after the service was done and we were reviewing the bill, it was uncovered that the service rendered was not actually what was needed. The sales guy Jeff was very helpful, and scheduled a new service that would meet my needs. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things right. more

Although Wilson Motors is a Toyota dealership, they are making attemps to give extra high quality services to their Mercedes Benz customers. I give them "A+" for trying, but "B" overall feel of a Mercedes Benz dealer. more
