I was misinformed about key programming,but received a loaner vehicle.we also paod for a all wheel alignment,but vehicle pulls to the left.I will return to talk with the service advisor more

I went in for my maintenance and was accidentally an hour early and they didn't make me wait at all! Also, I had a small scratch on my passenger door and without hesitation (and even though it wasn't part of the maintenance check up) they buffed it out and I was on my way home within an hour of coming in! Amazing people. I couldn't ask for better service! more

Quick oil change and winterize for my car, very friendly staff. Only hitch was a computer problem that slowed customer checkout. That kind of stuff happens, so I won't hesitate to return to Wilson Motors. more

I trust Wilson Motor's service department 12/4/2013

Always a great experience and excellent service. I recently had all fluids replaced except for oil (which I do myself): brake, coolant, transmission, differential, and power steering. Thing is, I had already bought all of the best synthetic fluids for my car beforehand. Wilson Motors didn't turn me away like other shops in town that said "No, we can only install brand of - you can't bring in your own." Wilson Motors respects customer choice and that's a huge win for me. more
