Purchased a Used GTI, deal was fairly smooth, but after financing was approved, we came back to the Dealership to finalize the transaction and pick up our new car, and our Sales Person was busy with other customers. We felt as though he did not really focus on getting us through the process and our second key for the car, as much as he was trying to sell another car. He seemed to get a little attitude when I pressed about the second transponder key for the VW. (I am still waiting for that key by the way) We attribute some of this lack of Customer Service due to him being a new Sales Person and trying to make sales quotas. It could have been an overall better experience, but we would recommend this Dealership to our Friends. more

Previous visits were 4 or 5's. Not this time. Scheduled service, oil change, ran over 20-25 min. Vehicle was done, I saw it come back from wash but after waiting 15-20 min. for service rep. I went looking for him. more

Recently had our first service on our new Camry. It was pleasant, cheerful, on-time, no-hassle, quick, and included as a perk for buying our new Toyota. In addition to the service, Wilson Motors also vacuumed and washed the car. We couldn't be happier. more

Had a bad tire pressure sensor pop up before my 3000 miles guarantee was fulfilled. Took it in to Wilson and they fixed it free of charge. Although it took all day, they did give me a rental car to borrow, so it made everything better. Would recommend to anyone to get their car serviced there. more
