Information 10/3/2013

The clerk who worked with us this time more clearly informed us about our maintenance plan with dates or mileage. We were not informed about that the last time we came in and were very, very disappointed in that. Information is important and we needed and wanted that information. Tell the clerks to always inform the clients about necessary information - especially since maintenance costs are so exorbitant. more

They have always done what they say they are going to do. Work is done in a timely manner. Many times I see my car sitting out in the pick up area but have to wait 10-15 minutes for the paperwork to catch up to it. Any way to streamline that step? more

Customer Service Needs Work 10/1/2013

This was my first time to have an issue with your service department. They installed new wiper blades and we went on vacation to Oregon 2 days later. The first rain storm we encountered the drivers side blade made noise and chattered. This continued for the week we were there on the coast. Upon our return I came back and asked for new wiper blades but the technician only cleaned them and said they were fine. I backed out of the service bay and didn't get off the lot before the chatter returned. I came back and asked again for new wipers and only with the service writers help did they get replaced under warranty. more
