Joseph and his staff were flawless in helping me design just the right engagement ring. I had family stones and Joseph worked to find a band setting for them and the oval centerstone. Joseph and everyone at Whitefire are wonderful! I could not have had a better experience. I ordered my UT class ring from them, and they were endlessly helpful, patient, and professional. They went above and beyond to find a ring that was exactly what I had hoped for, at one point even ordering a ring in silver that is usually only made in gold; at absolutely no extra cost to me for the trouble! Amazing, right? Joseph is even so thoughtful that he adjusted the size, knowing that the rings run small, so that I wouldn't have to have sized again after I got it. All in all an absolute dream of an experience. They're great to work with over the phone and even nicer when you get to meet them in person. I highly recommend Whitefire for any jewelry need. I was looking for an engagement ring. I had been searching for a particular sort of design in a ring and was able to find what I was looking for at Whitefire. I set an appointment. Joseph was kind and helpful. I was on a very limited budget and I got more than I could anywhere else plus great one on one service. Whitefire Diamonds shines 4/19/2009

We had 2 old family diamonds, not large or great quality, but they mean a lot to us. Joseph took our idea for a pendant and turned a business transaction into a precious memory and heirloom. He treated a relatively minor piece of jewlery (compared to his more fabulous, larger items) as important for him as it was for us. We got CAD drawings, a wax model, which we asked to be slightly modified, and a stunning result. The pendant is finished with attention to detail that exceeds our expectaions, and it is truly one-of-a-kind. And he made the whole experience so much fun, combining good humor with consideration for us along the way. If you want a keepsake for a special event in your life and the life of someone you love, Joseph and Whitefire Diamonds are the place to go. Working with and experienced and qualified jeweler is definately the way to go when you are shopping for the perfect piece of jewlery. I was looking for someone to make a custom diamond ring for my anniversary. I setup an appointment with whitefire and I am very pleased with the quality and service. I should have gone to whitefire jewelry first and I would have saved a lot of time. Certainly next time around. I highly recommend them. more

Quality diamonds along with quality customer service 1/26/2009

I searched dozens of stores in search of my engagement ring for my fiance and was lucky to find Joseph and Whitefire here in Austin. I had a little education on the subject of buying diamonds but was re-educated and well informed by Joseph. No other Jeweler I talked to actually took the time to show me how to look for inclusions using a magnification tool as Joseph did. I was 100% satisfied and comfortable knowing that the diamond I bought was the clarity and color I paid for. Joseph's expertise and personable customer service was above and beyond the norm. More Diamond for your Money 1/22/2009

Aaron - My buying experience was fantastic, no pressure to buy. I called ahead and talked to Joseph told him what I was looking for the next day he had 3 diamonds for me to look at, I picked a gorgeous 1.54 carat cushion cut diamond. I had been to 14 stores before going to Whitefire, so I knew what I was looking for and approx. what it would cost me. The diamond I chose was anywhere from 1.5 to 2 times more expensive at the other jewelry stores I had visited. So choosing this Diamond from Whitefire was an easy decision. The best part was seeing Maria get emotional about the ring when she first saw it. It was bigger than she could have hoped for. Maria - When I first saw the ring,,,, I was amazed at how beautiful and sparkly it was; I could not stop looking at it! I thought to myself, this must of cost a fortune! I was more than pleased by the size, quality, and clarity that this diamond has. I have gotten so many compliments on it and I continue to catch people looking at it. Best custom engagement ring store in texas 1/12/2009

After visiting many malls and could not decide on what I wanted, I set up an appointment at whitefire jewelry. I have read many reviews of them and expected no sales pressure. I am glad I went there, Not only they helped me with my budget on how much I can afford, they also offered 1 year interest free financing. I bought an absolutely perfect engagement ring, with a GIA certfied center stone. My custom ring was a rush order to be made in a week and whitefire delivered on time. I also received a beautiful pink pearl strand as a gift along with my purchase. I will be buying my wedding bands both for my fiance and myself soon from whitefire jewelry. My Online diamond purchase with whitefire 1/6/2009

Very good pricing on my diamond purchase. I shopped online at many stores including bluenile and other popular ones and I found whitefire carry an identical diamond at a lower price. I could have bought it directly online and saved some cost as whitefire does charges a stocking fee ( a minimal fee for the big purchase that I was making) for viewing and seeing the diamond before purchase at the store. Once I saw the diamond at the store, I was truly awe struck and nothing at the retail stores compare in quality. It also came with a GIA certificate which may help me with the resale value if I had to sell in the future. All in all I am one happy camper and whitefire is where I will shop for my next purchase. Refreshing Experience 12/28/2008

I actually met with Joseph back in October but have been busy with work and travel. Writing this review has been in the the back of my mind this whole time because I felt the need to share my very positive experience with Joseph in selecting my fiancee's engagement ring. I can't even imagine taking the "mall tour" again. We received such personal service and the ring presented to my bride-to-be was exactly what she wanted. Professional and Honest 12/16/2008

My fiance and I had been looking to trade in some heirloom jewelry and use some of the stones to create her new engagement ring. After visiting with nemerous jewelry stores and other local jewelers who insisted that we spend double the amount of the trade in value we found Joseph. He was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and down to earth gemoligist that we found. But where he really stood out was he did not require us to spend double the amount of the trade in. I would reccomend Whitefire to anyone in the market for jewelry. They did an excellent job and I will definately be back! more

Just wanted to say thanks for the help and for making the experience of buying an engagement ring enjoyable. After I had already picked up the ring, Ruth wanted to go shopping for settings (she didn't know that I had bought the ring already.) Every store that we went into was very uncomfortable. Some salespeople even blew us off if we told them that we were only interested in the setting and not the diamond. If I hadn't found you and your company, I might be too frustrated and angry to ever buy another piece of jewelry. Ruth loves the ring and even her father is going around and showing it off. i looked and went to many different places before i settled on white fire , i the reason why i picked white fire is because they didn't just try to sell my a design they took the time to teach me about my diamond and how my diamond is my diaomnd then asked me what i wanted my ring to look like then made me a perfect ring Pros: great customer service Cons: pricey but well worth it more
