A friend told me about whitefire, but I needed ring very fast. Made apt. and found ring I was looking for. Joseph got the ring in less than a week for our 10 year anniversary. Highly recomend his service, he took me through the whole buying process. This is the first real expensive ring I have ever bought, and the price was very very good. Whitefire has some of the most exquisite pieces of diamond jewelry i have ever seen. They offer an exclusive collection of dazzling diamonds and alluring wedding rings of unique characteristics. Apart from making a style statement, they provide the right worth and value for money. They are luxurious and at the same time very very elegant. I bought the engagement ring at Whitefire. After comparing with several other options in Austin, Joseph at Whitefire made me feel by far the most confident. He was great in educating me about rings, his prices are MUCH better than in most storefront shops in town, and the entire buying experience was great. There was no pressure at any time, and he was always super reliable when he gave me prices and time frames. He showed me many different options - but really let it up to me to make the final decision. Fantastic experience - highly recommended!! more

i do not know anything about jewels or diamonds, nor do i pretend to. joseph at whitefire was extremely helpful in educating us on gems and jewelery, and also very sympathetic to our financial situation (we are not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination). we made an appointment with joseph, and for absolutely no obligation, he gave us an hour of his time to help us decide what would be right for us. i would encourage anyone to at least speak with joseph at whitefire. it is time well spent. I have been purchasing jewelry from whitefire for the last few years and never had a chance to submit a review for them. This is not a review about one single purchase but an experience of multiple years. The friendly staff, non-pushy attitude, reasonably priced without sacrificing the quality are all the plus points. I have recommended many of my friends to visit them by word of mouth and if any of you are looking for diamond jewelry, whitefire will be the place to go. Best Service, Best Product, at Best Price 2/11/2008

The first time I dealt with Joseph was a couple of years ago. I didn?t purchase anything from him and he still gave me the great service, as if I purchase with him before. Joseph taught me what to look for and explain the qualities of a good Diamond. He answered all the questions regarding Diamonds and other precious stones. He was VERY patient with me. When considering an engagement ring I went to Joseph and he remembered who I was from the first visit years before. I met with Joseph and showed him exactly what I wanted and he had it custom made and gave me exactly what I asked for and my fiancee was very please with the ring. I decided to purchase our wedding bands with White Fire as well, which were also custom made and turned out GREAT. I was very pleased Joseph?s service, product, knowledge and prices. This may sum it up, I live in Houston and decided to work with Joseph and I will continue to drive to Austin and work with him again. Thank You Joseph more

The only place I'll shop 2/9/2008

Joseph had the inventory, customer service, and fair pricing that I was looking for. It was so easy to purchase a high quality diamond engagement ring and wedding bands! I wish I had started working with Joseph prior to wasting so much time at "storefront" shops. Lesson learned... I expect to begin and end my future shopping with Joseph at Whitefire. more

Don't hesitate, MAKE an appointment TODAY 12/26/2007

You would have to pay for this kind of service at Tiffany's. As soon as you walk in the staff is warm and welcoming and Joseph gets straight to business. You are more than welcomed to drinks and snacks while discussing gems, diamonds, rings, etc with Joseph. It is all complimentary! You are never made to feel that you couldn't understand the intricacies of purchasing the perfect engagement ring for your budget. Just speak your mind to Joseph and he will do his absolute best to find the BEST diamond/ring for your budget. There is no rush either, if a certain stone is not in stock, Joseph will get one for you to look at as soon as possible. The diamond engagement ring I purchased through Whitefire is absolutely amazing. I am definitely going back for our wedding bands because you cannot believe the LOW price you pay for the quality of jewelry, service and purchase satisfaction you receive!! more

I just purchased a diamond for our 30th anniversary from Whitefire Diamonds, and Joseph's personal service was excellent. Don't be intimidated by Whitefire's appointment-only hours. Joseph is fabulous to work with - even if you're not planning on spending much money, like my fiance and I. All we needed was to reset a diamond we already owned into a new ring - but we were treated like millionaires. Joseph respected our opinions, helped my fiance get a better idea of what he wanted in his wedding band, and didn't pressure us to spend more money than we wanted. I've already recommended Whitefire to friends looking to buy jewelry, and my fiance and I will be going back when its time to purchase our wedding bands. more

The BEST experience shopping for jewelry I've ever had!!! 10/26/2007

I only had 1 1/2 hours to buy my girlfriend a B-day gift, stop at HEB, wash dishes, and take a shower before she got home ON her birthday. I did a search on the net, and found great reviews about WhiteFire, and off I went. I didn't catch the fact that they were by appointment only, but given my desperate state, Joseph hooked me up. The service was excellent!!! He bailed me out big time. Within 15-20 min. I was on my way to HEB! I got an awesome natural muti-colored pearl necklace at a great price. He recommended a resturante, and said "ask for Daniela. Just tell her Joe, the diamond guy sent you, and she'll take good care of you." He even called the place to see if she would be working there that evening!!!! To make a long story short. I received great service, a great gift, great food, and a great big smile from my girlfiend. Thanks Joseph, I refuse to go any where else in the future. Pros: Too many to list in the space provided. Cons: None more

What an incredible design! 8/10/2007

Hello Joseph, Danny brought home the ruby earrings that you designed for me last night. They are truly spectacular! I just want you to know that I think you really out did yourself on the design! I love the cabochon rubies and the diamond accents add just the right touch! The earrings hang perfectly, they are substantial, yet they are not heavy on my earlobe! :) The rubies on the earrings match my ruby ring perfectly. My fiance and I had had some difficulty in finding a service in town that could custom design our engagement ring, but after two dissapointing visits to other stores we discovered that the third time is certainly a charm. From the very beginning, our experience working with Joseph to find this ring was enjoyable, productive, and stress free. He was very supportive of our wish to go with something non traditional and never pushed any sale on us. Joseph was very good about presenting us with options and engaging us in a process of elimination to bring us closer to the ring we wanted. Our correspondence during the process was very prompt and professional, and each visit was truly a pleasure. The final product was something we will cherish forever and we look forward to getting married even more now. Best corporate jewelry gift ever 7/30/2007

Our company traditionally have done white elephant gifts at christmas. This past year our company did so well, we decided to give all our employees nice jewelry gifts. We located whitefire jewelry on the internet and we narrowed our purchase to "pearl bracelets". After a breif email exchanged, whitefire was able to give us a quantity discount on the bracelets we chose. Not only the product was delivered on time for the christmas season, the employees were ecstatic to receive such a high quality pearl jewelry. My husband and I where looking for a wedding ring and found that WhiteFire was the place to go. We told them what we were looking for and before we knew it I was wearing a gorgeous ring.
