My fiance and I had had some difficulty in finding a service in town that could custom design our engagement ring, but after two dissapointing visits to other stores we discovered that the third time is certainly a charm. From the very beginning, our experience working with Joseph to find this ring was enjoyable, productive, and stress free. He was very supportive of our wish to go with something non traditional and never pushed any sale on us. Joseph was very good about presenting us with options and engaging us in a process of elimination to bring us closer to the ring we wanted. Our correspondence during the process was very prompt and professional, and each visit was truly a pleasure. The final product was something we will cherish forever and we look forward to getting married even more now. We highly recommend Joseph to anyone; no matter what you are looking for Joseph will help you find it.
