Just wanted to say thanks for the help and for making the experience of buying an engagement ring enjoyable. After I had already picked up the ring, Ruth wanted to go shopping for settings (she didn't know that I had bought the ring already.) Every store that we went into was very uncomfortable. Some salespeople even blew us off if we told them that we were only interested in the setting and not the diamond. If I hadn't found you and your company, I might be too frustrated and angry to ever buy another piece of jewelry.
