Waggin' Tails Mobile Pet Grooming

After a very rough few months with another mobile groomer , yesterday was our first visit with Alicia & Marc and Waggin Tails. They came into my home and within minutes I felt like we had known each other for a long time. They wanted to know what I wanted, what I expected, what my needs for my babies were. Then they explained to me what they could do and how they would do it. I never heard, ""We can't do that."" They showed me the inside of the trailer and all the amenities and products that are available. My 15 year old little girl went first and came out looking like the little princess she is whereas the last groomer had shaved her to her skin. She looked good and she smelled good and she knew it as she would prance around waiting for all of us to let her know that we knew she knew she looked good. My 17 little boy whose is almost blind, deaf, has arthritis and just got over an allergic reaction to a shampoo went next. After his nice warm spa bath they brought him in as he was getting a little stressed. For the next few hours we sat on the floor or on the grass and they snipped, cut, clipped, trimmed. Whenever he got stressed, they stopped and let him calm down and we would start again. If you have older dogs, these are the people you want!!! What Alicia & Marc do for and with the babies comes from their hearts. This is not just a job, not rush in and rush off to the next appointment..they love & care about the animals. If you want someone who will hold and cuddle your babies, these are the groomers for you. If you want someone who want someone who stands behind what they say they will do, these are the groomers for you. If you want someone who calls you in the evening to make sure your babies are ok after their appointment, these are the groomers for you!!! If you want someone who has an attitude of ""it's just a job"", uses cold water bathes and cold air blow dryers, show up late or not at all, makes excuses for their services, call the other ones.... more

Came at appointed time, took time to meet and greet 100 lb. Akita and worked on him in an amazing rig for 2 hours. He is buffed and puffed, nails trimmed and smells divine. Dog was eager to go back in trailer after completing his grooming. Can't wait for next visit in June....will post pix then. more

I have been looking for a mobile grooming service for some time. When I spoke with the owners of Waggin' Tails, I just knew they were going to be great. They came yesterday to bathe and groom my two dogs and they were MORE WONDERFUL than I could have imagined. Their trailer is amazing. My older dog (12 year old chow mix) has a tough time staying up for long periods of time. Marc and Alicia have a set up for this situation. They made him look like a puppy and it was totally stress-free for him! Marc and Alicia clearly LOVE dogs and it shows in every aspect of their business. I really enjoyed meeting them and look forward to having them back to tend to my doggies. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much, Marc and Alicia! more

I was so excited when I found a mobile grooming service. Little did I know that I found a goldmine! Husband/wife team who are truly loving what they do! Very caring, dedicated, sincere husband/wife team! You can tell that their hearts are truly in their profession. I was amazed when I saw my three poodles groomed as I had always wanted! No one can hold a candle to these people! This is the way to go! My dogs were not afraid of them, and the interaction was phenomenal! My only female, who is a petite, blonde, 5 lb. poodle looked like a trophy dog! Wow! I was so happy! My two male dogs were groomed exactly as I wanted them, and they, too, looked so handsome. Talk about attention to detail! You need not look any further! This is THE BEST dog grooming service ever! Already booked my appt. for next month! more

Compassionate. Thorough. Excellent. Groomer is retired nurse and gave my cat that same tender care. This couple did the impossible for my 14 year-old Maine Coon Cat that was totally matted. They not only gently removed the mats but did not cut or mark the skin. I highly recommend this mobile service. Their upscale equipment trailer parked in front of my house and completed their task in a timely manner so my pet was not stressed out and was he happy to be relieved of all that tangled hair. more

Great experience for Ms Maggie today. Maggie is my darling, older lab. A bad leg and a few health concerns require gentle and understanding groomers. I searched for a groomer that would handle her with care. Marc and Alicia treated her like she was their own pet. Thank you both for the excellent care and peace of mind. Shebia and Snitchet never looked or felt better. This was a all day event that our dogs LOVED! Usually they are very shy. The dogs were happy and playful with tons of energy after their ""Spa"" day. Shebia , the older dog took her favorite ""Baby"" down when the groomers finished and touched them on the legs with it. This was amazing as Shebia has always been a one family friendly dog only. The amount of dog hair in our home was reduced 90%. (they remove the undercoat which takes an extra amount of time) Best of all:The cost was below what we normally pay when taking the dogs out to a groomer. more

Our 85 lb. Belgian Shepherd - aka Great Woolly Mammoth - received the best grooming experience from Alicia and Marc that he has ever had. This was the first time to use them and we were not disappointed. They showed up on time, the grooming trailer was immaculate, they took the time to let Yodie get acclimated to both of them and the trailer, and their prices are competitive and reasonable for the services provided. To say grooming this dog (that has an undercoat beneath his undercoat) is a challenge is an understatement. After a few hours of pampering, he looked ready for a dog show. They use premium products and have the expertise and knowledge to lovingly pamper and groom the pups. Very pleased and highly recommend. more

My dog looks and smells great after a visit from Waggin Tails. My kids were so excited to see their truck with it's cute puppies and bubbles on it. My dog was comfortable and well treated. The groomers were friendly, on time and very professional. We'll definitely be using Waggin Tails for our future grooming needs :) more

Waggin' Tails Mobile Pet Grooming did a wonderful job grooming my pet Vizsla. He never look better and seemed very playful and energetic unlike the usual skid-dish, 'Leave mea alone', behavior after returning from the groomers. more
