Unique Air -Sarasota: service contracts useless - poor corp citizen 6/18/2008

Unique Air didn't honor their service contract that was in place for around 7 years. When the fan motor broke they wouldn't replace only wanted to sell a new air conditioner. In a previous incident they failed to respond to public complaints of their servicemen parking their vans in deed restricted developments.we give them a BIG F all around. more

Great Company 7/20/2005

Unique Air provides great service, they can usually have someone out within a couple hours of a breakdown. They always have a fair price, and are quick to get the repairs done. They also offer a service for home owners, for repair contracts for all the appliances in the house. This is really reasonable especially if you have lots of appliances, and no warranties. more
