I just wanted to leave a note and say that Jon was extremely helpful when he came over to the house. Not only did he follow through with the services in a timely and very appropriate manner, but while he was installing the new UV light system he also spent time educating me on what it was, how it worked, and how to maintain it. If providing your customers with quality service is a top priority for your business, I would make sure he is out in front of your customers every day. Thanks, Kent more

Excellent pool service 1/28/2014

Wil is the primary reason we signed with Unique Services. Our pool and equipment is meticulously maintained by him. Would highly recommend and will not switch pool companies because of his expertise. more

Excellent Service for my Pool cleaning. 1/14/2014

I hired them to perform my weekly pool service. My pool has never looked better! The pool technician leaves a flyer on my front door every week letting me know what he did and the status of my pool. Awseome work! more

A company that cares 11/2/2011

I have used Unique Air for 2 different repairs at my home. what I liked was that they were very polite and professional. The repair was completed quickly and the technician gave me a complete explanation of my current condition prior to any charges. When the repair was complete i got a follow up call to check on how the service call went. I like that! more

No good anymore 7/26/2010

I've been a happy Unique customer for 10 years - that is until the last 2 or 3. Boy has their service and reputability disintegrated. You used to be able to trust them and they stood by their work...not any more! Furthermore, if a technician DAREs tell you the truth, they'll not be working there the next time you call. \r We bought a HVAC system 5 1/2 years ago and 5 months later we had our first cooling failure, pan overflow, and leak through the ceiling. Since then the exact same issue has reoccurred once a year (including the ceiling leak). Each time they'd blame something new. Two of the more honest techs told us the unit was installed incorrectly, without proper duct work and with inadequate drainage - both "disappeared" from the company shortly thereafter. The most recent one indicated he agreed but told us he could not say anything bad about the company or he'd be fired like many others before him.\r One other thing...Unique's quote for a new system was 30% more than 2 o more

Unique Air Sarasota - Terrible 6/24/2010

Sarasota Air Conditioning. Unique Air conditioning. Bradenton Air Conditioning. These guys were terrible. Just plain terrible. AC broke right away. Heater NEVER worked. What a clueless team of buffoons. I wouldn't let them near my house again. The AC broke 7 times in 3 years finally totally self destructed - the next guys said it was because of a bad install. BEWARE FRIENDS! more

Top Notch 3/31/2010

You know I find the review below offensive about Unique Services, about the service rep parking their " company vehicle" in a deed restricted community... Get your head out of your butt... Atleast the young man is working and providing for their family, in times like this. That may be his only mode of transportation to and from work. Maybe he could just let his house go into forclosure, and then you could really complain about how poor his house and yard look, LOL\r I am a current customer of theirs and have been for over 20 years, top notch company!!! They are always there when they say there gonna be, they call before coming to notify me their on the way, They are reasonable in pricing. and I know their might be cheaper companies out there, but there IS NO BETTER!!! By the way, I tried one of those $39.95 deals a few years back, just to check up on them, and all that guy did was try to rip me off!!!But Unique is in fact "unique"...Qualified techs, and my new system they installed more

AVOID UNIQUE AIR SARASOTA! 1/20/2010

these guys suck! 1st the salesman touted their "great" warranty They did not reveal that an expensive service plan was required until they were at my 90 year old mothers home to install the unit.\r Technician needed to install a new much larger cold air return grill The technician advised my mother of the location and then installed it a completely different location without advising my mother. She was very unhappy with this new location but was told "she had no choice" by the installer\r We were also promised a cover for our compressor which is necessary to keep out debris. ( This was standard with another company.) A month later no cover and repeated broken commitments as to when it would be installed. No response to phone calls or requests for an explanation.\r I would definitely recommended avoiding these guys. They seem concerned at the beginning but did not follow through as promised. more

Unique Air & Plumbing Svc is a RIPOFF 6/13/2009

DO NOT USE UNIQUE AIR!!!! This is the second year in a row that my AC started blowing hot air a week after annual maintenance was performed by this company. The unit is 3 years old and never had any problems until Unique Air performed routine maintenance. more
