Paid a premium price($5000) for this unit because of the 12yr parts and labor warranty. Thinking of selling the residence and found out that the warranty in not transferable. This would have been an excellent selling point to a buyer. Could have purchased a competitor's unit
for a lower price with a 5 yr warranty that would have been transferable. Don't buy the Diken unit unless you plan to live in your home for the next 12 years. Future service calls are not free either. Buyer Beware.
