Great stylist 9/30/2011

I love Yupin. She has my hair looking better than it ever has! I am dissappointed that there is no longer a discount/incentive to keep appointments made in advance. The economy is not good right now and paying as much as I do for a haircut is difficult. Every little discount helps! more

I was just a little disappointed that the 5% discount for pre-booking has gone away. I was also disappointed that I did not receive it for my appointment. I booked my appt. 7 weeks prior but because the new policy went into affect before my return visit I did not get the discount. Not good planning on your part. I feel you should have honored the discount at least for my current appt. since I did what was right and kept my pre-booked appt. more

I've been going to True salon for almost 7 years & love my experience every time! It has the class & feel of a high end Buckhead salon & spa but the down to earth southern friendliness along with the earth friendly products!!! more

Bad Color - Rude Owner and Hair color technician 9/26/2011

I went to True Salon for medium blonde color. Literally I ended up with black colored hair. It was a terrible experience, they were so rude to me, they tried to make it my fault, even though I said the color I wanted. Finally the hair color technician admitted it wasnt what it was supposed to be. The owner is the most unprofessional women I have ever met. Dont go to True Salon, they are lots of other Aveda Salons to go to. more
