I have been going to this salon for many years. I love my very talented stylist and the shampoo/massage experience is delightful. But the recent veru steep price increase is hard to deal with. more

great stylist, but surprise price tag 11/6/2011

I have been going to True for 2 years and have used the same stylist. I am very happy with her service. When I went to pay for my highlights yesterday, the charge was $30 more than usual. I questioned the staff and they laughed and said "Yes, she got a raise". I did have the receptionist question the stylist and they gave me $10 off of the new price. I am very frustrated. A $30 increase in service is ridiculous, especially without giving me the courtesy to tell me that the prices were going to change when I scheduled my appointment. more

A Wonderful Experience 11/3/2011

I am a new Client to True...This was my 3rd appointment and I have to say the consistently exceed expectations. Everyone there is so friendly and pleasant to be around. My Creative Director is Mandy and she does an outstanding job taking care of my styling needs. Overall True Salon is "truly" a relaxing, pleasant and wonderful experience. more

Aveda is a top notch salon experience at a great price 11/2/2011

This Aveda salon is such an exceptional experience at an incredibly good price. The service is always great and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The salon area is upbeat and bright, while the hair washing station is low lit with blankets and hot towels for your hair. Add to that a hand massage and - well- its just awesome! I feel like I'm in a ritzy salon in Buckhead, but I don't have to drive or pay the upscale prices. more

Very Helpful! 11/2/2011

I went in to purchase Green Science Face Firming Cream and was told that Aveda was re-formulating it and the new version was not in stores yet. They suggested I try the Tourmaline Hydrating Cream since my skin tends to be dry. I have used it twice so far and I am loving it! Thanks! more

My visit to true Salon 11/1/2011

I have been a customer of true Salon for almost six years. I receive the best service whenever I am there. From making a reservation, to my hair cut or color, it's always a positive experience. Olivia always does a great job cutting my hair and we always have fun chatting! It's a great salon and I would recommend it to any of my friends. more

I have been coming to west cobb aveda, marietta ga for about 2 years. When i came to aveda all i was interested in was a new look that made me feel good about myself and made others look and say "wow." My stylist, mandy is incredible. She is professional, kind and always interested in customer service. Her work as a colorist / sytlist is unique and absolutley amazing. On my firt visit i asked her to do whatever she pleased. I told her nothing weird or far out but make me look good. I am a working profesional and I have had more compliments on my hair than any other change i even made in my life to physical appearance. Almost everyday for 2 years someone has said something. From family, friends, co workers, to strangers as i stand in line to checkout somewhere. I owe all this to mandy, my colorist / sytlist. She is just incredible! Thank you Mandy and Aveda! more

Always walk out of this salon feeling great about myself due to my stylist! 10/29/2011

I get a haircut every 6-9 months. This time my hair was past my waist. It was thick, no style, and obviously my highlights were gone. I always let Lynda do whatever she wants. THREE HOURS LATER....I walked out with a new style. Hair cut to my shoulders, thinned, and new highlights. People at work were amazed at the transition. Words like, "You look youthful!" I always tell people I trust my hair stylist with my life. If Lynda says my hair needs to be pink, then pink it is! Thank you for what you do for my appearance and my self confidence. more

Services 10/28/2011

I love True Salon and Aveda Products! Paige S. is a wonderful and talented hair artist. She really did wonders on my hair color and cut. I live out the country and sometimes the haircuts overseas are not that great due to language barriers, etc. But Paige with her amazing knowledge and expertise really helped my hair look and feel pretty again. The color is amazing! SO HAPPY! more

Cade is great - TV is lame! 10/26/2011

Cade was wonderful and did an excellent job with my hair! My only complaint is the noise of the TV at the color station. With the music, talking, and blow drying happening, the noise of the TV was stressful. I asked Cade to turn it down and it was much more pleasant after that. The TV would be much better located in the waiting area. more

Great haircut 10/24/2011

My husband and I both focus strictly on the cut; he has curly hair, and mine is fine. We are "busy professionals" so time and appearance are important. I am a person who appreciates a good technical cut preceded by a chat to discover my expectations, so the result is what I expect and not what someone else thinks I might like to try (I hate when I get "my mother's haircut!"). Mandy did a perfect job for each of us; she's a keeper. more
