Awesome - as always! 1/16/2012

Erica did my hair once again. She listened to what I wanted and is always honest in telling me how much damage could be done to my hair and if she can get my hair to the desired color. I will continue to drive the 40+ miles to see her as long as she is at True! She always does a fantastic job with the cut and color! Thanks, Erica!!! You absolutely rock!!! more

I always look forward to getting my hair cut when I visit True. They know how to treat customers from the second you walk in the door until you are checking out. Awesome staff and terrific stylists. Very helpful and informed when looking for products. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get a cut. more

Hart Broken, Price Increase. Looking for New Salon. 1/3/2012

I have been going to True for a longtime. I have always had good service in a friendly atmosphere. However, my most recent hair cut had a price increase of 23% and this moves the cost out of my budget. I could try a different stylist at the same salon but would feel awkward. more

Always a pleasure 12/28/2011

Have been coming there for a good while now, and I can truthfully say it has always been a great experience. I continue to be so pleased and happy with Ashley who does my hair. She works with me to help me with any changes we can make, and I have always walked out of there feeling mighty good about my hair. She is extremely good at CUT and COLOR. A lot of people may not realize that True Salon is probably one of the best salons around right now. I love it! more

First impressions are always the key to how I feel about the rest of my experience in any service oriented business. True Salon has NEVER disappointed....with their friendly welcome to your escort back to the service area and then wonderful care by Kristin every time I've visited. One of my favorite experiences is in the shampoo area where the serene lighting & music soothe the soul along with a complimentary hand massage ! All in all ~ True Salon is the very best of the best !! more

I love having Ashley Archer, do my color and Cut. She is very attentive, doesn't make me wait and does a terrific job! I appreciate the time she takes to make the cut and color, just right and I always leave happy. She is a great asset to your salon. more

i have been going to this salon for over 3 years. I have had a couple of less than stellar experiences with new stylists, but for the most part everything has been great. today i explained what i wanted and showed her what i wanted but she wasn't grasping it. i got close, but would rather have had the style i asked for. more
