Haircut/Color with Paige 11/18/2011

I LOVE my haircut and color Paige did for me. She is a young, innovative and creative stylist. I use to work for Van Michaels and I can tell you- she is one of the top 3 stylist I have encountered that provide not only an great look & cut but are professional/personable. I have received many compliments on my hair. True Aveda Salon provides great service and I will be a long time client. more

Love my Stylist... Getting more expensive 11/16/2011

I have been going to True Salon for years now. I love my stylist and am always happy with my hair! Most everyone is very friendly and professional. The price for my usual cut and color has gone up significantly recently which I don't love. It also doesn't help that True Salon no longer give the 5% pre-booking discount. Overall, great salon but hope the prices quit going up so I can keep going. more

Best Blowout! 11/14/2011

I am a regular True client, however the first time I had ever gone to just get a blow out, I got a different stylist than I have had for the past year. I was worried, but she did a fabulous job. I am comfortable with all of the stylists in True and I am confident that they are all very capable as long as you explain exactly what you want. more

I have been coming to True for about 7 years and have seen various stylists and changed only when their schedule changed or if someone left. I have been seeing Katie Brown (has new last name) for about 1 year 1/2 and LOVE her. She asks me what I want and makes suggestions for what would look the best. She is always so pleasant and I always come away very pleased. more

Great Salon & Great Stylists 11/13/2011

I have been a True Salon customer for years (after referral from friends) and have used Aveda products for at least 7 years. This salon is great. I have used 3-5 different stylists (I never know when I will have time for a haircut). Everyone is wonderful. Professional,experienced and very skilled. I have never had a negative experience in any way. more

Great Stylist.....Boo for no pre-booking discount 11/13/2011

I love my stylist but was disappointed that you guys no longer give the pre-booking discount. When I asked about it, I was told that something better would be put in its place. Unfortunately, no one knew what that was yet. Ok... would have been nice to have something in place before it went away. Besides losing a star for that, I am always happy with my color and cut. more

although i don't expect to "look like the picture" i brought with me, i do expect that my hair stylist will STYLE my hair and not let me walk out the door telling how i can style my hair to look like the picture. wasn't that her job??? what is the purpose of tipping if we leave unhappy? more
