I went to True Salon for medium blonde color. Literally I ended up with black colored hair. It was a terrible experience, they were so rude to me, they tried to make it my fault, even though I said the color I wanted. Finally the hair color technician admitted it wasnt what it was supposed to be. The owner is the most unprofessional women I have ever met. Dont go to True Salon, they are lots of other Aveda Salons to go to.
