I was just a little disappointed that the 5% discount for pre-booking has gone away. I was also disappointed that I did not receive it for my appointment. I booked my appt. 7 weeks prior but because the new policy went into affect before my return visit I did not get the discount. Not good planning on your part. I feel you should have honored the discount at least for my current appt. since I did what was right and kept my pre-booked appt.
