Triad Yoga Institute offers affordable yoga instruction for all levels from beginner to advanced. TYI's instructors are Yoga Alliance certified and work under the able leadership of Terry Brown, who is not only a highly qualified yoga instructor, but also a trained physical therapist. TYI trains teachers through its year-long teacher certification program. TYI provides students with clean mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and chairs as well as yoga experiences on its twenty four yoga walls. Many workshops are available for those who wish to deepen their practice. In addition to levels 1,2 and 3, TYI offers gentle yoga, yoga for seniors, therapeutic yoga and yoga for kids. I have been practicing yoga with Terry for over ten years. He has inspired me to practice regularly and takes special care with all of his students to make sure the yoga experience is safe, fun, and healthy.
