Helpful personnel but TOO EXPENSIVE 7/12/2011

Jonathan was awsome. He gave me good advice and conducted a thourough inspection of my home.BUT...the price quoted for the job was more than twice the quote I had received from no less than 3 other electiricians. I have no doubt he would have done a great job. I am not a person who always goes for the cheapest price, I recognize that sometimes it costs more to get quality...but two times the prices was too much to swallow! more

Entry light install 7/11/2011

Very impressed! Fair price and excellent customer service. Technician made a special trip to get ladder (14 ft) and hung by himself on 18 ft. ceiling!!!! more

Our technician was very professional. We did not receive an inspection report. Our service had to be postponed because of someone else's emergency, so even though the ad stated our service would be free, that wasn't the case. more

Very Unsatisfied 7/11/2011

Bad: My appointment was scheduled with the Highlands Ranch office. My appointment cancelled 3 seperate times and wasn't told about the cancellation until the END of the 2 hour window each time. I am extremely unsatisfied with this company and hope that this isn't how things are run on a daily basis.. Improvements: If you need to cancel an appointment, don't wait until the end of the window to do so. This happened to me 3 times in 3 days.. more

Great job installing ceiling fans 7/11/2011

This is the second time I have used Wirenut to perform electrical work at my house. The first was to install a ceiling fan on a vaulted second story ceiling and this time they installed two ceiling fan outlets in two additional rooms. Bryan was our tech and he did an exceptional job. We found him polite, professional and a great electrician. Thanks to Wirenut and Bryan for a job well done. more

Unreliable 7/9/2011

Cancelled on me 2 days in a row after I took off of work and waited around all day for them. They even called to say they were on their way, and still cancelled! They waited to call to cancel after they were already an hour late, and after I waited around all day, expecting them at any minute, then they cancelled once again. No more chances! more

repair and then rewiring 7/8/2011

Jonathan arrived on time after a quick call to confirm that we were home. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and well-spoken. After we talked about the reason we had called in the first place he gave the entire house a safety check which lead to several things that we updated in our old house. All-in-all it was a very worthwhile experience and we would call Wire-Nut again. P.S. Our coupons from the phone book were taken and the final total of our bill was adjusted accordingly. more

terrible service 7/6/2011

Good: nice receptionist. Bad: was given a time for service between 12 and 2. Got a call at 1:30 about being late..then at 2:45 about rescheduling for the next day. This was an emergency repair of the main line. Improvements: don't commit to times you can not keep so that the client can get someone else for an emergency. Other: you have lost at least one customer over this and I will tell others.. more

i have used wirenut twice and both times i was scheduled with an appointment. Both time wirenut cancelled both appointment because of an emergency (maybe a bigger job) and i had to reschedule. You should change your motto because you were not here the same day and you did not meet the scheduled appointment! more

Your electrician Nathan was knowledgeable efficient and a hard worker. However it would have been a good idea to have two techs on this lengthy and expensive job. Otherwise we are satisfied with the end result. more

Why we Hired the Wire Nut 7/1/2011

Not only was the technician very professional, but when we had a discrepancy with our bill, the manager of the company called us over the weekend and made it right! I will definitely call them again, because they are what I would call a "very ethical and honest" company. This comes at a time when integrity of service people have been questioned. Thanks for renewing my faith in the home repair businesses. more

The guys were very polite. When we called we told the person on the other end of the phone what the problem was. For some reason they did not have the breaker that was needed and to go get one. Other than that the job went very fast and the guys got the job done. more

Fan install 6/30/2011

We were pleased with the quick, attentive work that one of our installers gave to the job. The second installer continually made complaining comments about the type of fan we bought, the wiring in the house, etc. He did not leave us feeling like he was happy to have our business. Overall, we were pleased with WireNut and will probably use them in the future. more
