Good: nice receptionist. Bad: was given a time for service between 12 and 2. Got a call at 1:30 about being late..then at 2:45 about rescheduling for the next day. This was an emergency repair of the main line. Improvements: don't commit to times you can not keep so that the client can get someone else for an emergency. Other: you have lost at least one customer over this and I will tell others..
