Jason and his coworker were very thorough and professional. They were very knowledgeable about our needs and walked us through each step they were doing. They offered us warranty information as well, which made it easier to understand the process and decide how to move forward. more

technicians are great 1/30/2014

The technicians Steve and Jeff were five stars. They did an excellent job on the repairs and electrical work. My only issue was was that they were scheduled for 11:00 am and didn't get a notification call until 11:30. They had to reschedule which is my main issue. Overall, the work they do is very good. more

Professional for in home electrical 1/6/2014

I was highly pleased with the work performed by the technicians, Jason and Travis. they were very professional and polite. The Wirenut is a great company to use for any basic home electrical issues. I had to get some light fixtures repaired and installed. They did a very clean and professional job. I will use them to perform other jobs in my house in the future. more

Great guys 2/7/2013

After receiving service from service companies like Directv, the WireNut guys are a breath of fresh air. They came in with shoe covers, even when I told them they didn't need them, they cleaned up very well after themselves and left my house cleaner than he found it. All repairs are working great and I haven't had any issues since. They did a great job and the price was well worth the quality and respect for my home. more

TOTAL RIP-OFF 4/2/2012

I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction for services I recently received for electrical work at my residence. I called your company because of the trendy advertising that is done on public T.V. Talking to the person on the phone to arrange the visit, it was explained that there was a $59 charge just to have an electrician visit the home. What was then explained was that the pricing would be worked out depending on the repair that needed to be done. Had I known that there were tier rates, I would not have hired your services. The electrician spent all of about 15 minutes to make the repair I needed. Basically replaced a single 20Amp outlet with a double 20Amp outlet. I paid $172 for this repair that took about 15 minutes and cost less than $4 in material. The $172 was after I had even received a $37 coupon. I am disappointed that your company would over charge for such a simple repair. $209 for that? Seriously, that is fraud. I am going to ensure that I let everyone know about these charging practices and hopefully can save another victim from over pricing. more

Called for repair on my house, Joe B showed up and took care of the dining room outlet problem right away. Everything works great and the price was under what I expected to pay. I love those yellow vans and yellow shoe covers. more

Good work but bad pricing 1/18/2012

Wirenut sent a pleasant, competent electrician who did good work and was prompt and courteous. However, their pricing is both WAY high and overly complicated. The electrician spent as much time messing with codes on his smart phone to try to get the billing right as he did making the electrical repairs. And the $59 service call fee WAS added to the repair fee, although the person who made the appointment for me assured me that it would be included against the actual cost of repairs. My inital fee was $347. I complained and made out a check for $288 (taking off the $59). The tech spent another ten minutes with codes on his phone and then came up with a $272 bill. Sorry, but I will not be using these folks again. more

Not a Fan of Upfront Pricing 1/16/2012

On the positive side, the electricians were friendly and courteous. Also, the service manager also knocked off $90 from a rather high-price up-front diagnostic fee. But, the final bill to replace two relay and a solenoid was much more than a reasonable fee. I work with electrical engineers and our hourly rates aren't that high. more

Good Work 1/4/2012

Great service! Jonathan M was my electrician and he knew what he was doing and made sure everything worked and I was pleased before he left! He is very friendly and I recommend this company 100%! We had a pretty serious issue at a rental property - Kati went over, assessed the situation and made things safe until we could schedule a regular appointment. She was able to take care of everything in one day and was very professional. We also had an issue at our home residence that she came and looked at and again all was fixed right away. She was very straight forward and honest with us and we would definitely use the Wirenut services in the future. Thanks Kati! Also Michelle was very helpful over the phone. more

Wire Nut 11/28/2011

Work was done well and in a professional manner. I was happy to get the work done promptly and did not have the luxury of "shopping around" much. Thought the cost was a little high and asked for a detailed breakdown of the charges, which I was told was unavailable - obviously, this heightened my suspicions. However, I chose not to raise a fuss and, again, was happy to get the work done. The electrician was pleasant and knowledgable and did a good job. more

Kati Eden was a service woman. She was polite, explained eveything and gave us all the options, along with prices. Which gave us the options for what we could afford. They are electrical magicians 11/15/2011

We had quite extensive electrical work that needed to be done. Our service manager Chuck was completely professional and expained everything in detail that needed to be done with a price upfront. He stayed until the wee hours of the morning to make sure that everything was done right and that our house was safe for my family. We couldn't be more grateful for all that he/they did for us. I would recomend the Wirenut in a heartbeat to anyone who is in need! more

wirenut wins 11/5/2011

Last summer we had problems with our swamp cooler and had a real problem with another company. We called wirenut and they came right out and fixed the problem. Very proffesional, friendly and their work is top-notch. Since then we started moving into our new house and need electrical work done. We called wirenut and once again everything was done perfectly. If you need any kind of electrical wor done and you don't call wirenut...thats your fault. As always, GREAT JOB WIRENUT!!!! more

I wanted to leave this short and sweet but at the same time let you all know that if at all possible hire more Kati's!! What a wonderful asset she is to your company; as I'm sure you are already aware. She does a wonderfully thorough explanation so that even people without electrical knowledge can even understand. I didn't mind paying the price for the work to be done considering the customer service I got far superceeded any cost. The only suggestion I would have for you is to hire more Kati's!! Rip off prices 10/27/2011

Came to inspect electric system prior to turning on electricity - initially said $326. Fixed one mis-matched wire, replaced some connectors, added 2 inch wire holder to side of house, replaced one circuit breaker - $994!!! Two hours work - but I was stuck due to agreeing to $326. Would never use again based on price. more

Hot Tub GFI Installation 10/21/2011
