I wanted to leave this short and sweet but at the same time let you all know that if at all possible hire more Kati's!! What a wonderful asset she is to your company; as I'm sure you are already aware. She does a wonderfully thorough explanation so that even people without electrical knowledge can even understand. I didn't mind paying the price for the work to be done considering the customer service I got far superceeded any cost. The only suggestion I would have for you is to hire more Kati's!!
