Julian did a great job checking out the A/C so that we are good to go this Summer. He provided some other tips and was helpful in submitting additional information to the company regarding a previous concern that still needs attention. more

Service call went very well 3/25/2016

The only thing was he didn't have the furnace filter size to replace the old one. He had to grab a new one and come back to install it. Other than that, the service call went very well. more

Platinum Package Purchases 3/22/2016

I purchased a Platinum Plan in which my first scheduled appointment was for 3/11/16 in the am. I rescheduled after 12:30 pm because of an appointment. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week 3/11/16 for the same time. I received a courtesy call the day before to remind me of the appointment and I confirmed. The day of the appointment, no one showed up or called. I called and was told they did not have me on the schedule. I would like a full reimbursement of my payment for the platinum package that I purchased on March 4, 2016. Thank you but no thank you. more

Replaced my furnace 1/28/2016

Riley and lance from The Wirenut were knowledgeable, professional and clear. I had a broken furnace and a cold house. now I have a new furnace and a warm house. more

I was so upset and stressed with my breakers in my house and as a single older mother I tired to Ben (BSO) in wirenut company and took the time to explain and educate me and fix my electric problem and out of his way to accommodate my needs I thank him and would call them again and highly recommend his service more

Way out of line with pricing! 4/22/2014

Commercial panel gets water in it and half the panel blows. Wirenut comes out and gives us 3 quotes. The "recommended fix", the "good fix" and the "necessary fix" ranging from 5400.00 to 10,600.00. O.K., I am female, but figured this guy out immediately. After calling an out of town friend/master electrician and sending photos of the panel, he said the pricing was wayyyyyy out of line! When I informed the electrician, HE STARTED BARGAINING! Let me see if I can get you a better deal....excuse me, but I am not buying a car! Why can't I get an honest, fair quote off the bat? Long story short, I used a local master electrician who brought everything to code along with the repairs and charged me less than 800.00. I'm sure that Wirenut does quality work, but unless you feel like throwing money out I'd get more than 1 bid. And the kicker....I was told it would be $99 to come out and give an estimate and when I let the electrician know we wouldn't be doing the work, he said we owed him $340 to come out. I refused and paid the $99 (which was a joke anyway). Look elsewhere. more
