What happened was, I owned a three-family house in East Boston, and every once in a while, I've had some plumbing problems. I think I have had T-Flow come out three times now. The first time, I gave the T-Flow guy a call and talked to him about the service I needed. He said sure, no problem, and called me back in an hour saying he could be there in another hour. I called my tenant and let her know, and she let him in to find the problem.
He told me that they needed to replace an old toilet and gave me a quote, which was a little high, but I told them to go ahead and do it. They did it, and they did a nice job. Everybody's happy with the work. I gave them my card, which they kept on file for my future work, they charged it, and they sent me the receipt. End of story. I'm comfortable with everything they did.
I had a similar experience with my shower valve and a time when we needed to unclog the drain. It was the same thing: they called back, unplugged the drain, fixed the valve, and we were all set. They have great service. I wish the price was more competitive, but they come out right away and are great for everything.
The guy from T-Flow did a very outstanding job. He's responsible and takes care of the problems right away. That's very important to me with a rental property, since I don't want to be chasing people around.
