I call T-Flow for my hot water heater and they show up right away and get the job done. It's been roughly ten years and they're good to do business with.

Went from bad to good in a short period of time thanks to Matt! 10/4/2011

I found T-Flow Inc. on the internet and I called them to talk about my situation. Matt was very helpful and could address everything I wanted to know. T-Flow replaced the garbage disposal and cleaned out a clogged pipe. I liked Matt and he was very reliable and responsive. He adjusted his schedule for my own schedule. This was my first time using T-Flow Inc. Matt had a helper who was great too. Matt was very nice, professional, fast, and efficient! My situation went from bad to good in a short period of time thanks to Matt at T-Flow Inc! more

Efficient and well done 9/24/2011

Matt came the same day of the call to replace a water heater and dispose of the old one. I thought that the job was very well done. Matt and his co-worker were extremely professional, efficient and neat. When the work was finished, everything was left clean. Matt even went out of his way to address another problem that was not part of the call. Overall, I had a very good experience and will not hesitate to call T-flow again. Thanks! more

Prompt and Experienced 9/16/2011

Matt came to our home on the same day that I called for service. After having three other plumbers unsuccessfully diagnose our problem, I was eager for a solution. After coming to our home, Matt took apart the shower valve (which was the area giving us grief), and advised us on which part he believed was the culprit. We ended up purchasing a replacement part and replacing it ourselves (to avoid the cost that would be incurred if Matt had to do the traveling to pick up the part and the time to put it in). And alas, it worked beautifully! Matt's experience proved invaluable when it came to finding the problem. His input ended up saving a bundle of money, and we would use him again in the future for any other tricky plumbing problems! more

New Boiler & Hot Water Tank...also, Renovated Bathroom 9/9/2011

I have never written a testimonial before, nor have I ever taken a picture of a boiler or hot water tank! I am so impressed by Matt's work that I just had to share my experiences. Matt is a pleasure to have working in your home. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his work and ethics. He gives you all the information you need to make a decision regarding product replacement...and it is accurate. He is a man of his word...he tells you when he will arrive ~ and does arrive on time. None of the "I'll be there between 9 and noon." like you get from other businesses. He cleans the work area up on a daily basis so that grime is not tracked all over. His helper, Henry, is just as nice as Matt. Recently, Matt replaced our boiler and hot water heater. Previously, Matt installed a new sink and toilet in a bathroom renovation. Both projects turned out exactly as planned, on schedule, and on budget. Thanks Matt! more

Smart Plumbing 9/3/2011

I had water around the main drain pipe in my basement. When Matt arrived he did all the checking for the source of the problem but was convinced that tha water was not leaking out of any broken pipe. He asked me if I had anything there that I had moved out of the area and I said only the ice melt bag. He went over to the ice melt bag and picked it up and there was a puddle of a watery substance leaking through the opened bag from undernieth. That was the problem. I felt bad I called him over for nothing but he said not to worry about it. I asked him what I owed for the service call and he said absolutly nothing. I thought that was very nice of him. I will call him back next time. Thanks again Matt. more

Matt was referred to me by another contractor. He is very clean in his work, professional and communicates effectively about his timing and availibility. Matt has been to my home on two occasions to provide service and I would definitely call him again for future work. He is trust worthy, has attention to detail is committed to providing high quality work. I definitely recommend Matt as a plumber to others. more

I am a very meticulous worker and am very picky when it comes to other workers. I never thought I'd ever meet someone who was as hard-working as I am. Then I met Matt from T-Flow, and he is the cleanest, neatest and hardest-working person I've met in awhile. He is very honorable and honest and I would not hesitant to hire him again for any of my needs! His work is impeccable, and he rates way beyond a 5+ in all categories! Matt gives you old-school devotion to detail and perfectionism. Great guy to call when the key part of your home, taken for granted, goes haywire. Did quality work on sink install and troublshooting water heater. Highly recommnded. more

Skill, Knowledge, Professionalism You Can Rely on 7/20/2011

Matt worked on number of issues with my two bathrooms. I was impressed by his commitment to excellence in his work. As to prices, I found that fees of licensed plumbers vary insignificantly. So all important is what you get done "per hour", in what quality and how trustworthy is the person. Efficient and neat work, good work ethics make the difference. This is why I highly recommend Matt. more

We use him for all our plumbing needs. 7/13/2011

I have been using T-Flow for the last three of four years. I'm the superintendent at a property with 105 units, and Matt works on all of our hot water tanks and boilers. I've used a lot of different people in the past, and Matt is the best. He does great work, and is great to work with. I can call him, and if he doesn't pick up right away, I get a call back in 15 minutes. I've had to call him at all hours of the night, too, for big problems. He is always out within 90 minutes for emergencies, regardless of the time. Just recently, I was on call for 4th of July and had an issue with a boiler. Despite the holiday, Matt was here within the hour. With T-Flow, I can depend on timely service, and the work is excellent. All of Matt's crew are polite, straightforward and honest. Prompt, great communication & solved all of the problems 6/14/2011

My tenant in Beacon Hill had various, non-emergency issues with the toilet, sink and tub. Spoke with Matt on Saturday and he was on-site on Monday, earlier than planned, swiftly took care of all of the tenant's needs, and communicated the results to me an hour later. Would call again and recommend without hesitation. more

My initial phone call to Matt Troiani resulted in a timely scheduled appointment. I was delighted when I received a call indicating that the work could be done a day earlier. Matt and his team were in and out quickly, performing the needed repairs neatly and with a minimum of disruption. I appeciated the effort to maximize time management and am extremely satisfied with the work as performed. more

Matt at T-Flow is a wonderful person, and a wonderful worker. We were very pleased with him. In fact, we called him back three other times, and now we have a huge job for him because we're selling the house and we need to bring some stuff up to par. I would recommend him to anyone. He tells you what he needs to do, and he very clear about what he has to do. There are no surprises. We hire T-Flow to do the job, and they do the job. Matt is one of the few business people we have had transactions with who does not come up with other things to do while he is there. He makes his opinion, but he doesn't haunt you about it. He allows you do what you want to do, which is a wonderful thing. more

Matts service was outstanding when my water meter started leaking. He responded very quickly, was flexible on scheduling the repair, got the parts he needed right away and finished the job much faster than I expected. He looked at another issue while he was here and fixed that right away too. He and his helper were pleasant, fast, cleaned up and got the job done! more

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I would absolutly recommend T-Flow!! Matt is a very skilled plumber. But, what is even better: he answers the phone 24/7, is VERY friendly and his pricing is very competitive. Finding good, honest and reliable contractors is very hard.I've used T-Flow for every plumbing job in the last couple of years and found my plumber for life with them. Thank you. more

I would absolutely recommend T-Flow. They've been servicing my apartment buildings for at least the last 5 years. They're on-call for all my plumbing and maintenance needs. They're there, whether it's something as grave as a leak in the building, or something as simple as changing a flap or ballcock, and they handle it. They've done an excellent job. I trust Matt from T-Flow in terms of his judgment. I never have to go back after he's done a job, and I've never heard from one of my tenants saying that it's not working. Whatever he does, it's thoroughly done, and I have never had to go back. He's very fair and hones about the hours he's available to come to my buildings. more
