I would absolutely recommend T-Flow. They've been servicing my apartment buildings for at least the last 5 years. They're on-call for all my plumbing and maintenance needs. They're there, whether it's something as grave as a leak in the building, or something as simple as changing a flap or ballcock, and they handle it. They've done an excellent job.
I trust Matt from T-Flow in terms of his judgment. I never have to go back after he's done a job, and I've never heard from one of my tenants saying that it's not working. Whatever he does, it's thoroughly done, and I have never had to go back. He's very fair and hones about the hours he's available to come to my buildings.
