Matt came to our home on the same day that I called for service. After having three other plumbers unsuccessfully diagnose our problem, I was eager for a solution. After coming to our home, Matt took apart the shower valve (which was the area giving us grief), and advised us on which part he believed was the culprit.
We ended up purchasing a replacement part and replacing it ourselves (to avoid the cost that would be incurred if Matt had to do the traveling to pick up the part and the time to put it in). And alas, it worked beautifully!
Matt's experience proved invaluable when it came to finding the problem. His input ended up saving a bundle of money, and we would use him again in the future for any other tricky plumbing problems!
