I have never written a testimonial before, nor have I ever taken a picture of a boiler or hot water tank! I am so impressed by Matt's work that I just had to share my experiences. Matt is a pleasure to have working in your home. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his work and ethics. He gives you all the information you need to make a decision regarding product replacement...and it is accurate. He is a man of his word...he tells you when he will arrive ~ and does arrive on time. None of the "I'll be there between 9 and noon." like you get from other businesses. He cleans the work area up on a daily basis so that grime is not tracked all over. His helper, Henry, is just as nice as Matt. Recently, Matt replaced our boiler and hot water heater. Previously, Matt installed a new sink and toilet in a bathroom renovation. Both projects turned out exactly as planned, on schedule, and on budget. Thanks Matt!
