I think, first and foremost, it was easy to reach T-Flow. I could just call Matt with a question, and he would answer immediately or call back almost immediately. They're usually available for work within a matter of two or three days, and they're willing to work extra hours.
They're very trustworthy, so I can leave them access to my house to do work when I'm not there. I trust them to do what's right, and they always do the work on time for the quote provided. I have recommended them to two other neighbors who have had work done, and my understanding is that they were equally as pleased.
