phoned them at @ 9:30AM about tun not draining, they said they'd be here early PM after finishing another job; Matt arrived at 1:15, courteous, knowledgable; made the fix quickly and efficiently and then went above and beyond by reconnecting a drier to the vent and helping me move a washer-drier back into place (I and a neighbor had moved it out of the way yesterday--a 2-man job in order to make getting at the plumbing easier) back into place.I definitely will recommend TFlow to the other unit owners in my building.
