Dear Matt,
I am sincerely thanking you for your help with my Water Heater emergency last Friday, and for sending Jim on such short notice to empty my water heater for me so it wouldn’t leak and ruin my floors and the people underneath me. I was so nervous and didn’t know what I was going to do. I know you were very busy and it was late in the day. You knew I couldn’t wait until my appointment the following Monday. Jim came just when you said he would and took care of it for me. He did an excellent job. It was so thoughtful of you to have him put in the clamp so I would at least have cold water for the weekend, I did not expect that. You quoted me a price and because of this emergency Friday, I expected you to charge me and you didn’t, I did not expect that either.
Jim and Henry came to put the new water heater in Monday morning, they told me exactly what would have to be done. They both were very professional. In a time when most companies don’t care about their customers, the quality of service that you give means so much. I have recommended, and will in the future recommend, T-Flow Inc. to my friends and family. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.
