Battery was dead. They replaced the battery and the car runs fine now. 7/14/2011

Total professionals, good job well done. One complaint. When I got the car back, there was a grease stain on the upholstery of the rear passenger seat about 3 inches in diameter. Will try to scrub it out with "spray 'N' vac carpet/ upholstery cleaner. Other than that, everything was fine. more

Professional and honest 7/14/2011

We had taken our car to the dealer for check-ups for several years, and usually wound up paying much more than we expected. After finding Superior on Angie's List, we tried them out -- and have been delighted. They do excellent work, and charge far less than the Toyota dealership. In fact, the charges for the most recent visit were less than they had estimated -- something that would have been inconceivable from Bay Ridge Toyota. more

At Superior, you get the same service that you would get if you were taking it to your favorite uncle or your great friend...honest expertise. They do great work each and every time and at this point Dominick and Charlie seem like old friends. more

Even though they were very busy, they told me to bring my car in because I was having a problem -- with the understanding that it might take a couple of days for them to get to it. They fixed my car and I was able to pick it up the next day. More than I could have asked for! more

Great customer service 6/29/2011

No one likes to take their car to the garage, but these guys made it as painless as possible. Even before I dropped my car off, I knew this was going to be a different experience from the friendly receptionist to the text message reminding me where to drop my car. They called at regular intervals to notify me of progress and get my input before making major repairs. They went the extra mile when trying to locate a part that the manufacturer no longer makes. Great experience. more

Frankie is terrific, and so is Charlie. Didn't see Dom this time, he must have been backstage. Charlie saved my security system by remembering a quirk of the 92 Honda Accord starter. And Frankie, as always, is willing to prioritize and take care of the really important things first. more

Had a problem with transmission fluid leaking and it was fixed right away. 6/27/2011

I would highly recommend Superior Care Auto Center. They clearly explain everything to you and show you the problem. I trust them and they have done a great job on the work I have had done so far. more
