Total professionals, good job well done. One complaint. When I got the car back, there was a grease stain on the upholstery of the rear passenger seat about 3 inches in diameter. Will try to scrub it out with "spray 'N' vac carpet/ upholstery cleaner. Other than that, everything was fine.
