Great Experience 5/11/2011

Setting up an appointment was extremely easy and they followed up with email and text message as a reminder of the appointment. I had to cancel and reschedule the appointment 3 times and they were very understanding and helpful in establishing a new appointment. The only reason I gave a 4 was that the issue with the car (a strange sound) is still occuring with the vehicle. The other repairs were excellent more

I was so relieved, as mother of six, to find what was then called PROCARE. they were recommended by a friend and the staff have taken care of all our cars since then(we now have a Prius and Superior Care does a great job with that new-fangled star car... . ..it took me 6 months to catch on to the dashboard). Frank,Dominick,Charlie and Terry and Megan all smart, kind, make me laugh,great with complete reports,very good files, excellent work consistently......the best. more

Superior Care has been helping me with some annoying electrical issues in my VW over the last few years. They've always taken the time to explain what is going on, have offered several fixes to the problems, and didn't blink when I always took the cheapest. I highly recommend Superior! more

I have used this car service twice. The service has been excellent. The owner and mechanic are very reputable, honest and forth comming. I learned a lot about my car with computer illustration and explantions. My first service included timing belt replacement, brakes, and fanbelt belt replacement. Their pricing was very competitive and very reasonable. I had a second servicing for checking the brakes and was recomended to wait until they were realy need replacement. I will be going in for a third servicing in June for front brake and rotar replacement. more

There was no question that my new car was going to be serviced at Superior Care! Even though it had been several years since I was a car owner, the positive experience I had with them in the past made this a no-brainer. From the friendliness, professionalism and good humor of the mechanical and administrative staff to the honesty and technical ability of the mechanics, this is the place to go. I have never felt ripped off or misled. Superior Care is a very well-run business that cares about customer satisfaction and that has a broad base of loyal customers as a result. Bring your car there, you'll be surprised that a visit to the mechanic can be so pleasant. more

overall great service at a premium price 5/1/2011

Superior is a trustworthy and great place to have your care serviced. It is expensive but worth the cost if you can afford it or dont want to shop around for bargains. The care was returned in better condition and everything worked as it should have with the repairs. The recommendation I got was right on. more

Was a great first time experience!! 4/26/2011

Let me start by saying that I am a car person. But typically when I walk in to get anything done for my car I get very frustrated because people automatically assume because I am female that I only know how to put gas in the tank and turn the key. I typically walk in ready to defend my position. At Superior everyone was very friendly and treated me with the utmost respect! I was thrilled! A female friendly shop!!! I was only there for my inspection, my Jeep is still under warranty so I usually go back to the dealer for repairs. I will be back for any repairs the dealer doesn't cover. Review would be 5 stars if I had a longer history with them and knew that they are consistently great. more

Super Impressed 4/25/2011

I am not a native New Yorker and have only had a car in the city for about a year. My car began having trouble with the clutch so I took it to a large company auto store but didn't feel confident with the service or information I was given. After asking friends for a recommendation for someone they "trust completely," I was given Superior Auto's name a number with an "I do trust them completely" reply. Frank and Dominic both went out of their way to give me all of the information I needed. The car has been repaired and now in great shape. We even discovered that my clutch shifting skills were in need of help and Frank gave me a lesson! I'm due back in a week for a review. I've always trusted my Dad to take care of auto repairs and have plans to take him by to meet these guys next time he is here for a visit. I know he'll feel like I'm in good hands, too. I'm glad to have found these guys and will definitely be a loyal customer. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed. more
