Superior worked with me to get my car on the road again at a reasonable price! 4/11/2011

I took my car to a national chain for an annual NYS emissions and safety test. Although Meineke passed the car on emissions, they found $947 worth of other problems and wouldn't pass my car, unless I agreed to all charges.I couldn't afford that so I pulled the car from Meineke and brought it to Superior. They worked with me to determine what needed to be done immediately, and what could wait a few months. My car is on the road again for $250, and I know what to expect in the months ahead. Superior also found a few easy to fix safety problems that I could address on my own, that the big chain missed. more

Excellent service 4/11/2011

I came in for a simple oil change, and they did a great job. I was impressed by how welcoming and easy they made everything, including helping me with my stroller. I happened to mention that I'll need a new battery soon (which is under warrantee), and was impressed that they took it upon themselves to check it and let me know that the battery seems fine. I will certainly return to them. They were kind and reliable and seemed very honest. more

As long as the car doesn't turn out to have a problem that wasn't found, the service and helpfulness from the entire staff, on both of our visits during the last 6 months, was exceptional and indeed superior, and I would highly recommend Superior Auto Care Center. more

Car maintenance 3/31/2011

This is my second time to visit SCAC. I am not from New York, so I searched reviews prior to taking my car in for service. I had read several good things about this place, so I took a chance. My first visit was for a diagnostic test on my battery. I thought I might need to replace it, and I thought for sure the mechanic would try to sell me a new battery. This was not the case. The mechanic, Dominick, was honest and concise. He treated my car as if it were his own. Recently I went in again for a regular maintenance check. My service needs were extensive (replacing tires, brake pads/rotors, oil change, etc)... I was expecting all of this work needed to be done, so I was not surprised when I got the estimate. They got me car my car back in one day, washed and cleaned. I am thoroughly impressed with their work and would recommend them in a heartbeat. You cannot go wrong. more

Brake job handled quickly at the best price 3/30/2011

I found Superior Care after reading tremendous reviews online (really incomparable to anything else I saw for repair shops). I shopped around and he gave me the second best price (within 10 o the lowest bid) but I didn't have a good feeling about the first guys. Dominick took care of the work in one day and even honored the quote after some of the parts ended up being a bit more expensive. Oh, and did I mention were able to set the appointment and get the quote via e-mail? I will definitely be back and highly recommend these guys. more

seems to be a trustworthy do the job right kind of place 3/28/2011

I left superior feeling like what i wanted done was done, like they were not pushing me into anything i didnt want to do and like i can trust them. I also left understanding what was wrong with my car.. and what i need to watch out for. They charge a decent amount for labor, thats what almost drove me away but in the end i think it was very much worth that extra cost to have guys you can trust. they didnt even use all the time i gave them..leaving me paying alittle lessthan i had signed up for..I would definately go here again and recommend it to anyone. more

The passenger floor in my Subaru is still wet 3/26/2011

I came in with a wet floor problem knowing I also needed a timing belt. The timing belt was replaced but the wet floor problem still exists. more
