Superior went the extra mile to deliver considerable care to car and customer 5/31/2011

I brought my car to their shop to have my transmission checked. Superior checked the transmission, replaced the pan, filter and a new pan. The cost was minimal. They admitted to me that during their examination they had damaged my pax side mirror. Superior took the steps to purchase, paint and replace my mirror with original parts prior to my expected pick up time. They told me everything and guaranteed the entire service. I drove from NY to Baltimore the next weekend without a worry. more

Wonderful, fast, reasonably priced service! 5/31/2011

I had an appointment to drop off my car to have the front blinker light fixed. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to leave my car since I had my 5 yr old with me. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the man who did the work, but he did the whole thing in about 20 mins and sent us on our way. As a bonus, since it was lunchtime and I neglected to have something for my daughter, they gave her a free slice of pizza!! more

EXCELLENT SERVICE 5/20/2011

I was very impressed with Superior - they diagnosed the issue in my car correctly and found a minor problem that they believed would be difficult to correct cheaply because it necessitated removal of other parts. Rather than simply recommend a costly repair they recommended I get a second opinion from the dealer. They have been utterly professional and trustworthy and not only will I return to them but I will recommend them highly. more

There may be less expensive places to get one's care repaired, oil changed or tires rotated, but I find the availability of service, the quality, the friendliness of the staff worth every penny. It is relationship I value and I thank you for providing such quality service. Ted more

Great Service Overall 5/12/2011

Went to my usual mechanic for something to be fixed. Since it was not an emergency they said to call back and make appt. Went to Superior and they said they could do it in the next day or so. Brought the car in and was told approximately how much to expect to pay and had procedure explained to me. Called next day and job was done for exactly amount stated earlier. Car was vacuumed out on inside and wiped down-Wonderful! Heard funny sound two days later brought it back and they handled it ASAP. Would definitely go back! more
