Superior is honest and straight-forward, and take the time to explain my options when fixing my car. I have brought my last two cars to them (one a lincoln town car, one a vw passat), and they've provided excellent care for both of them. highly recommended. more

Finding my car in need of repair is never a pleasant position in which to find oneself. Knowing that I can call Frankie and Charlie is a great relief. I feel completely comfortable that they will take care of whatever needs to be fixed. Their personal and interpersonal attention is just excellent!! more

Honest, reliable and trustworthy, 12/13/2011

I am delighted to recommend Superior to anyone. I own an old car that I am very fond of and try to take care of. The staff at Superior are extremely customer friendly.They are very communicative, Mike calls me when he has had a chance to assess the problem, and carefully goes over the cost. Usually they can diagnose and repair a problem in one day. I feel they are honest, reliable and trustworthy. I have dealt with a few different mechanics over the years and always had a nagging feeling that they didn't really check out the problem. I felt like I was wasting their time. Thanks for great service! more

Had problem with stabilizing system, they diagnosed and corrected the problem in one day. They gave me best & worst scenarios right up front and kept me posted all day on their progress. more

THE BEST 12/11/2011

Somehow we are the owners of three Subarus; two are driven by sons in upstate NY, and both (cars) are more than gently worn. It was the last tune up of one of these that I realized our new Subaru needed a tuneup. They have a practical approach to the very old: may not be worth it but needs to keep going for another year or two. They respect the moderately older and keep it in fine shape. They treat cars and customers beautifully. The Click and Clack of Brooklyn are THE BEST more

Had me in and out in 1 day for state inspection, power steering flush and wheel alignment: a.m. dropoff, p.m. pickup. Didn't pressure me about the things I wanted to take care of myself. Great, friendly guys. more

I've been going to Superior Care Auto for about 6 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and I always feel like my best interests are being considered when they are fixing my car. They communicate the issues and I never feel like I'm being told I need something I don't. Highly recommend to anyone. more

New Brakes 12/5/2011

Initially I only wanted the front brakes done for financial constraints but Frank said I needed the back done as well. He said the rear shoes were paper thin and it was dangerous to drive like that. He allowed me to pay for half up front and take the car which was incredibly nice of him to do. Within two weeks I paid off the balance and the car runs great. What a decent guy to make that deal for me. Very rare person and I can't recommend the shop enough. Very happy with the work! more
