Simply the best 2/16/2012

I only needed an oil change. I asked for my car to be finished early and it was finished even earlier than I requested. They did the service and then appraised me of some items that may need servicing in the near future. It is always a pleasure to go there. more

Reliable and trustworthy. Also, easy to communicate with. They talk to you about what's going on with your car -- and help you decide whether an expensive item on older car (like mine) REALLY needs to be repaired/replaced. more

I have gone tothese wonderful people for 20 years. They are honest and always do good work. If something is not done exactly right they will redo it. I am happy to have mechanics that I can trust. more

I called for an appointment, they sent a reminder email with very clear instructions about drop off which made it easy. When I dropped off my car they had all of my information ready and knew what was wrong with my car in advance. The quote they had stated many months ago was still valid and they were finished quickly. Everything about them is friendly, professional and efficient. more

the good news is that you guys provide top quality service, both in terms of your diligent and honest work as well as friendliness and courtesy. the bad news is that you also charge top dollar - hence the 3 out of 5 stars. You also seem to spare no expense when it comes to parts rather than using/installing generic parts. I'm not convinced that paying for the privilege of a brand name actually translates into better performance. more
