Old school repair shop but with a modern workflow 12/29/2012

The prices are fair. I've shopped around. Some places will quote a specific job for less. But Superior is less costly in that they haven't yet broken something else while doing their work on my old jalopy, which has been pretty sturdy and reliable. These guys really seem to enjoy working on cars. I'm sure my 14-year-old minivan presents challenges to keep it running. It also should indicate just how loathe I am to part with cash. So my rating of Superior is based on both financial and mechanical considerations. They are truly old-fashioned in attitude, but they have embraced a lot of modern IT resources. Their workflow is methodical. You make an appointment and drop off your car in the a.m. They will email, call or text you. I hesitate to give a good review only because it might make it more difficult to get an appointment! more

I have gone to Superior Care Auto Center for many years. It is a most excellent, friendly and honest repair facility. They stay in touch with you regarding the repair, speak in layman's terms and would never do unnecessary work. Pricing is very fair. This is one of those special businesses that you hear of, but never seem to find. Well, find Superior! You will be very, very satisfied. more

Thanks to Superior Care's deal with a supplier that covers repairs and road emergencies, I will get back about $120 on the cost of installing and balancing two new tires as well as a four-wheel alignment. What a great surprise! The total cost to me will end up being around $50 (not including the cost of the tires, of course). I defy anyone else to offer this level of service! more
