Review content:
the good news is that you guys provide top quality service, both in terms of your diligent and honest work as well as friendliness and courtesy. the bad news is that you also charge top dollar - hence the 3 out of 5 stars. You also seem to spare no expense when it comes to parts rather than using/installing generic parts. I'm not convinced that paying for the privilege of a brand name actually translates into better performance.
