Took 3 hours for oil change, and paper work took almost an hour while I am waiting there. They dont need to hire more people, rather to hire qualified people. more

SCH is a car dealership that will give you great service that is dependable. They have a shuttle service if you work close by that is convenient. Also they have easy online scheduling. Not a bad place to conduct business with. more

Hyundai Service 4/16/2015

I recently did Service of my Hyundai sonata. The only complaint of my 3 years of continoius service is with this dealer is CAR CLEANING is POOR Every time and I have to show while pickup and get cleaned every time. This will waste my additional 30 mins. I visited more than 6 times in past 3 years more

Had what seemed to be a new adviser this time that was completely incompetent. Dropping off my car took 20+ minutes, and picking it up took over 30! Was just waiting around for a lot of the time, watching him very slowly do things on the computer. Was really not pleased. Normally service is much better, but this experience was abysmal. more

Lack of professionalism 4/10/2015

I do not think that I was treated as valued customer though my service costs more than $500/-. I was totally treated as useless customer to them and I was calling them to find the status. When I left the car with appointment, I was told that it will be ready 3 PM, but there was no call till 5 PM and when I called, I was asked ta call next day morning to find when they will be able to complete the service though it is a regular 30K miles service . Even when I wanted to show some thing in my car that I have doubt about a noise that is coming once in a while, the representative refused to visit the car by saying that couple of people are waiting behind me in the line. My question is that am I not a customer? do not they need to listen/check my problems? I agree that they need to serve the customers quick, but not this way. I would really not go again there. more

Friendly and accommodating 4/2/2015

From the time you arrive till the time you leave, the employees treat you with kindness and not like you are imposing upon their day. The waiting room is comfortable with many vending options. Maybe a charging station with wifi in the future for those staying longer may be needed. more

I went in expecting good service and it was, but very, very, very slow. Had to leave my car overnight the 26th of March and got a free rental car for cust. Satisfaction, but when I returned after 2 pm the 27th, my car still wasn't done. I purposely waited til late afternoon to go, to ensure my car was finished and it was not. Got home at 6 pm both days I went and my original appt was for 1:30pm on Mar 26. So again, the service was courteous but at a snail's pace. Eric in service was very nice. more

Easy and quick oil change 3/28/2015

Drop the car off around 8:30am(appt was at 9am) for a routine oil change. They wanted to do the 15K dealer service package, but I decline since mfg recommended just an oil change & fluid check. Total with coupon was around $30, so a competitive dealer price for the oil change. They even washed the car before pickup, which was a nice touch. Overall good experience and would come back for service. more

Sonata Service 3/24/2015

Two issues: (1) a more realistic estimate of the time for the service, and (2) drying windshield after car wash. Re: (1), I was told ~90 minutes on the phone. I was told about 2 hours when I arrived. The car was ready after 3 hours, 27 minutes. Re: (2), this is not a big deal, but I always know (based on 3 experiences) that the windshields will have waterspots when I pick up my car. Again, not a real big deal, but it seems like using a squeegie to dry the windshields would be an obvious step. more

From worst to first 3/5/2015

The customer service experience in servicing our vehicle has been excellent over the last two years or so. Prior to the change around we were about to drive 40 miles round trip to another Hyundai dealership in the hope of finding some quality people who were adequately staffed and trained in customer service. Great job to the management that implemented the front line staff changes. Now if you could just get in and out a little easier, it would be 5 star rating; the closeness of all of the cars on the lot is an accident waiting to happen. However this dealership has turned the service experience around 100% from worst to first (almost)! Great job! more
