- I've brought my car to "Stevens-Creek-Hyundai" numerous times, for various reasons,...Since I purchased it back in Oct-2014,...And whether I stayed in the waiting area or left the dealership waiting to be called,...They have NEVER notified me while waiting there at the dealership or called me on the phone to inform me that my car was ready to be picked-up!!!!!
- This last visit was no exception,...I brought the car in on the 20th of May for issues with the "Fuel-Tank" and "Infotainment-System",...They had my car for (3) days,...And I never got a call telling me the progress of the work or just to let me know something!!!!,...And it was only after I called the service dept' on Friday the 22nd to see what the status of my vehicle was, did they tell me that my car was ready to be PICKED-UP!!!!...That's good "CUSTOMER-SERVICE",...And I even called them on Thurs. to inquire about the status and ask the Service-Advisor "ERIC", who had been helping me, if they would provide me with a loaner car,...He tells me not till we "Diagnose" the problem with your vehicle!!!!!...Which they never did!!!!!...RU kidding me!!!!!...Suffice it to say I most definitely won't be bringing my car back to this dealership in the FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!
