I have purchased two elantras at this location. The cars no longer have a spare included which I was not informed about and the overall quality of the car has gone down. As far as reliability the car is great, but there is allot of room for improvement. For what the vehicles are worth they are an OK value. As far as the service here goes it use to be great but now they have too many customers and not enough staff or proper infrastructure to handle the volume. If you capable. more

I was waiting at the Hyundai service for 3 hours. They did not provide a shuttle service as promised, waited a very long time for the car to be returned and in spite of waiting the car was not cleaned as promised. more

Derek was extremely helpful, and gave me fantastic customer service. I came in because my USB port wasn't working correctly, and since I am the 2nd owner I thought for sure they would find some excuse as to why my warranty wouldn't cover its replacement. Much to my relief, it was fixed under warranty and I couldn't have left happier! Bravo Stevens Creek service staff, you rock! more

Expensive and longer Time for servicing more

They said, they would do a car wash, exterior, and vaccum clean in the interior. Exterior was not complete, interior was not vaccumed completely. If they cannot do it properly, they should never say they do a car wash. more

- I've brought my car to "Stevens-Creek-Hyundai" numerous times, for various reasons,...Since I purchased it back in Oct-2014,...And whether I stayed in the waiting area or left the dealership waiting to be called,...They have NEVER notified me while waiting there at the dealership or called me on the phone to inform me that my car was ready to be picked-up!!!!! - This last visit was no exception,...I brought the car in on the 20th of May for issues with the "Fuel-Tank" and "Infotainment-System",...They had my car for (3) days,...And I never got a call telling me the progress of the work or just to let me know something!!!!,...And it was only after I called the service dept' on Friday the 22nd to see what the status of my vehicle was, did they tell me that my car was ready to be PICKED-UP!!!!...That's good "CUSTOMER-SERVICE",...And I even called them on Thurs. to inquire about the status and ask the Service-Advisor "ERIC", who had been helping me, if they would provide me with a loaner car,...He tells me not till we "Diagnose" the problem with your vehicle!!!!!...Which they never did!!!!!...RU kidding me!!!!!...Suffice it to say I most definitely won't be bringing my car back to this dealership in the FUTURE!!!!!!!!!! more

I was really anxious about bringing my car in because it's actually my sister's card. She had bought a Car Care Plan but in the Roseville Hyundai and I was not sure if I would be able to use it at the Stevens Creek Dealership. Luckily it was very easy, with the help of the staff, it was very breezy and fast! Loved the service. more

I had an appointment for 1:30 and was told that it would take only one hour. After more than an hour my car wasn't ready, the employee who helped me stepped out into a meeting and no one knew of my paperwork or what was going on with my car. After 2 hours it was "ready " but still in the wash and would be ready to go in 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes. Worse wait time ever! more

I bought and was giving service here over 2+ years and has seen this place is going from Good to Bad. Last week gave a regular servicing for 22.5k miles which includes tire rotation. Later found one of the rear wheels became unstable, suspension was off. Had to spend another day/appointment and it was found one of tires was inflated to 41 psi instead of 33 psi. One of earlier tire rotations the wheels were misaligned, which has to be corrected on another appointment (and worse they didnt agreed it was their mistake and I had to pay for it) more

I've gotten solid service from two different service reps. at SCH. The only thing was that I was not called back after the car was done promptly, and even after leaving a message to be called back, I had to call back myself after 2 hours. Because of this I had an extra day without my car, where I could have come to pick it up if I knew it was finished. It seems that either being understaffed or unorganized might be an issue. more

I was there last year when car was towed for service. Had excellent paperwork processing and a complimentary ride home (normal these days). This visit was horrendous for a simple lightbulb replacement. New fella on paperwork and helper not being responsive, took forever. Took a half hour for car to be moved to bay and then another hour for the extras which I didn't expect - car wash, etc. I just wanted in/out and told them so. I was not advised re the other perks. They did give me a freebie car wash for a nearby business, but the whole process should have been far more efficient and staff more attentive. Disappointed for sure. more

I've been taking my Elantra to Stevens Creek Hyundai since owning it. But after several times of making an appointment and having my car forgotten about is enough for me to go elsewhere. Whats the point of making an appointment if the shop doesn't follow any type of schedule and walk-in's get serviced before you? And one time I was told that my car was being worked on and is just about done... even though my car never moved from the parking area until I asked for an update. Just frustrating is all...I missed an entire day of work because my appointment got mixed up with another car and took over 6 hours after being told it would take 2 hours max!! How can I trust the work to my car is even quality work if the managers lie to my face. more
