I've been taking my Elantra to Stevens Creek Hyundai since owning it. But after several times of making an appointment and having my car forgotten about is enough for me to go elsewhere. Whats the point of making an appointment if the shop doesn't follow any type of schedule and walk-in's get serviced before you?
And one time I was told that my car was being worked on and is just about done... even though my car never moved from the parking area until I asked for an update.
Just frustrating is all...I missed an entire day of work because my appointment got mixed up with another car and took over 6 hours after being told it would take 2 hours max!! How can I trust the work to my car is even quality work if the managers lie to my face.
