Review content:
I had an appointment for 1:30 and was told that it would take only one hour. After more than an hour my car wasn't ready, the employee who helped me stepped out into a meeting and no one knew of my paperwork or what was going on with my car. After 2 hours it was "ready " but still in the wash and would be ready to go in 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes. Worse wait time ever!
