I do not think that I was treated as valued customer though my service costs more than $500/-. I was totally treated as useless customer to them and I was calling them to find the status. When I left the car with appointment, I was told that it will be ready 3 PM, but there was no call till 5 PM and when I called, I was asked ta call next day morning to find when they will be able to complete the service though it is a regular 30K miles service . Even when I wanted to show some thing in my car that I have doubt about a noise that is coming once in a while, the representative refused to visit the car by saying that couple of people are waiting behind me in the line. My question is that am I not a customer? do not they need to listen/check my problems? I agree that they need to serve the customers quick, but not this way. I would really not go again there.
