Two issues: (1) a more realistic estimate of the time for the service, and (2) drying windshield after car wash. Re: (1), I was told ~90 minutes on the phone. I was told about 2 hours when I arrived. The car was ready after 3 hours, 27 minutes. Re: (2), this is not a big deal, but I always know (based on 3 experiences) that the windshields will have waterspots when I pick up my car. Again, not a real big deal, but it seems like using a squeegie to dry the windshields would be an obvious step.
